You will receive an invitation email from the Knowledge Strategic Events team inviting you to register for Knowledge 2023. Please do not book any flights or hotel accommodations until you receive this email, which comes from Knowledge@ServiceNow.com.

If you believe you should be attending Knowledge and do not receive an invitation to register by April 14, please contact Trina Marxen. 

If you are scheduled to attend pre-conference, we will need you to arrive on Saturday, May 13, 2023. 

If you are scheduled to attend main conference ONLY, please arrive on Monday, May 15, 2023.

You may leave the evening of Thursday, May 18th or Friday, May 19th as you prefer. If you need to leave before the evening of Thursday, May 18th, please notify Trina Marxen right away. 

Knowledge staff and attendees will stay at hotels near the Venetian Conference Center. Your hotel options will be available to you through the Knowledge registration process. 

If you need special accommodations or adjustments to your check-in or check-out dates, please contact Trina Marxen. 

Generally, staff can attend sessions under these conditions: 

  • Do not skip a scheduled working shift to attend a session.
  • Check with your area leader to ensure there are no other programmatic needs before attending a session.
  • Always yield seats and space to customers and partners when attending a session. 

Unfortunately, no. K23 is for ServiceNow employees, customers, and partners ONLY. We cannot allow any significant others / partners to attend the conference or any Knowledge related events, including the TACO social.

Staff will be provided hot breakfast and lunch in the designated Knowledge Staff meal room.

Individual or Team dinners may be expensed outside of any Knowledge or TACO planned dinners. 

Only transportation to-and-from the airport may be expensed. 

We encourage speakers to hold virtual dry run before arriving on site.

Yes! Once the Event team has a scheduled time to view the site on Saturday evening, a team walkthrough will be scheduled through the Teams Channel. 

No, shirts cannot be expensed this year. 

Yes, please bring your laptop. You will likely want to use your laptop during preconference training. 

Laptops will be provided by IT for the show floor engagements. If you need to bring your laptop to your show floor shift, please do not let it out of your sight. 

Yes! We are excited to host a networking reception for our preconference attendees on Monday evening, May 15, 5:30-7pm. 

The reception will be held in the fourth floor Delfino ballroom in the Venetian convention center. Training Delivery staff should expect to attend this reception, mingle with students, colleagues, and ServiceNow and TACO leaders. 

You know it! Prepare to have some fun with the whole team at Top Golf Las Vegas! 

The team social will take place Wednesday, May 17, 6-9pm.
