What is the Campus Leaders Program?

The ServiceNow University Campus Leaders Program is a student leader initiative designed to bring the power of ServiceNow University to college campuses across the country.

As a Campus Leader, you'll represent ServiceNow University at your school — hosting events, spreading the word about free certifications and the ServiceNow University Learning Externship, and helping your peers up-skill and become more competitive in today's job market.

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive 100+ ServiceNow University sign-ups
Your primary goal is to get 100+ students on your campus signed up for ServiceNow University — helping them access free certifications and career-building tools.

Promote the ServiceNow University Learning Externship
Spread the word about the ServiceNow University Learning Externship on your campus — help fellow students discover and enroll each semester.

Share ServiceNow University & Community events
Share ServiceNow University and Community events with students throughout the year to keep your campus engaged and informed.

Be the campus point of contact
Serve as the go-to resource for students on your campus who have questions about ServiceNow University, the Learning Externship, or any related initiatives.

Help students get competitive
Empower students to upskill, boost their resumes, and gain certifications that make them stand out when applying for jobs and internships.

Program Timeline
Phase 1 — Application
Apply & get selected
Submit your application to become a Campus Leader at your partner university; all applications are on a rolling basis. Selected students will be notified and onboarded into the program around early August.
Phase 2 — Onboarding · August
Campus Leader kickoff & training
The role officially starts in August and runs through December of the following year. Get 12 months of ServiceNow University for free, receive your Campus Leader toolkit, and attend the onboarding session to learn how to represent ServiceNow University on your campus.
Mandatory onboarding call — All Campus Leaders must attend the onboarding call to get fully set up and ready for the program.
Phase 3 — Fall leadership · Sept – Dec
Host events & drive sign-ups
Host on-campus, student-facing events, promote the ServiceNow University Learning Externship, and work toward your first milestone of 50 sign-ups from your campus by end of December.
Required by December 31st — Host your first on-campus event and hit 50 student sign-ups to remain active in the program.
Milestone reward — 50 sign-ups: Hit 50 and you'll receive exclusive ServiceNow swag as a thank-you for your hard work!
Phase 4 — Spring leadership · Jan – May
Finish strong & build your network
Return to campus with momentum. Keep promoting ServiceNow to students — helping them upskill, get certified, and connect with alumni. Work toward 75 sign-ups by mid-March, then continue building toward the 100 total sign-up goal by May 31st to close out the year strong.
Required by mid-March — Reach 75 cumulative sign-ups to stay on track for the full-year goal of 100 by May. Those who go above 100 will receive another special surprise and reward from our team!
Grand prize — 100 sign-ups: Hit the full-year goal of 100 sign-ups and earn a special prize for going the distance!

Phase 5 — Summer + New Leader Onboarding · May – Dec
Stay connected & grow professionally
Even when campus is quiet, the community stays active. Join the Learning Externship to develop your ServiceNow skills alongside peers, attend community socials, and keep up momentum through campus marketing pushes to grow your network heading into fall. Help our team ensure a smooth handoff by helping the new Campus Leader onboard and get started!
Mandatory summer handoff call — All outgoing Campus Leaders must attend a summer call to support the transition and help onboard the incoming Campus Leader for the next program year.
