Your results will appear once you submit your exam. After completing your exam, you will receive an email with your results within 24 hours. You can also check your results directly on the My Exams page in ServiceNow University. If you pass, your certificate will be available for download from the My Achievements widget.

Yes, please follow the steps listed under the [Registration Instructions] tab on this page, select the certification you wish to retake, and submit the exam application form by the deadline. If you have not made a prior reservation, please visit the reception desk at the exam venue directly(Please note that walk-in slots on the day are limited). Note: If you are currently within a waiting period under the retake policy, retakes are not permitted at World Forum Tokyo either. Submitting an exam application form does not grant a complimentary exam attempt. Please refer to the [Exam Administration Policy > Retake] section of the ServiceNow Credentialing Program Guide.

If you have a reserved exam slot: you must check in at the onsite exam reception desk no later than 15 minutes before your exam's scheduled start time. Arrivals more than 5 minutes past the booked start time will be moved to the walk-in registration line and processed in queue order, so your original time slot may no longer be available.

While we strongly recommend completing the suggested courses provided as a learning path, it is not mandatory to do so before sitting for an exam. However, Please note that he ServiceNow Certified Platform Owner Professional (CPOP) exam requires you to already hold the ServiceNow Certified Platform Owner Associate (CPOA) certification as a mandatory prerequisite. Please refer to the ServiceNow Certified - Credentialing Program Guide for detailed exam requirements. Additionally, for certain certifications, holding the CIS – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) certification is a mandatory prerequisite before you can register.
