March Webinar(s)
1. Wellness In The Workplace: Navigating Burnout and Finding Stillness
Burnout is a major stressor in our day-to-day lives, affecting how we show up at work, in our relationships, and for ourselves. In this session, Natalie will explore what burnout really is and how to create healthier balance across the different areas of your life to better protect your mental health.
We’ll share practical, proven tools to help rewire the nervous system, including simple breathing techniques to calm the body and regain focus. You’ll also learn about the importance of mindfulness and how staying present can support your overall wellbeing.
This session is centered on managing stress in a sustainable way and building the habit of regularly checking in with yourself. We’ll end the session with a guided meditation so you leave feeling grounded, clear, and recharged.
Tuesday March 3rd - 1pm EST/10am PST
Natalie Thomas
Natalie Thomas is the Project Events Manager at ServiceNow and a certified yoga, meditation, and corporate wellness coach. She discovered mindfulness as a junior Olympic diver, and now helps others find clarity, focus, and stillness. Natalie has led global wellness retreats and holds multiple international certifications in yoga, meditation, and holistic health.

2. Begin Again: Navigating Learning Paths and Entry Points (Office Hour)
There is no single “right” way into the ecosystem—only the one that fits where you are now. This session explores the real-world entry and re-entry points professionals take when beginning or reinventing their journey in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Whether you are starting from scratch, transitioning careers, or rebuilding momentum mid-career, this experience is designed to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Participants will explore foundational learning paths, practical starting strategies, and diverse practitioner stories that highlight how others successfully entered or re-entered the field. Through a trainer-led session and community discussion focused on mid-career reinvention, attendees will gain actionable guidance for navigating resources, building momentum, and identifying the path that aligns with their current season.
This session empowers learners to stop waiting for the “perfect” starting point—and instead start strong, right where they are.
Tuesday March 10th - 11am EST/8am PST with Malik Pridgeon
3. Community as a Compass: Using Community as a Navigation Tool
Participants will examine how community accelerates progress through shared insight, lived experience, and collective problem-solving. The session highlights practical strategies for asking better questions, engaging meaningfully in peer spaces, and turning conversations into forward movement. Through advocate storytelling, live trainer facilitation, and guided prompts within relevant hubs, learners will see how others have successfully used community to overcome uncertainty, re-enter learning pathways, and sustain progress.
By the end of this experience, participants will understand that community is not just a backdrop to learning—it is an active navigation tool. When leveraged intentionally, it transforms isolation into collaboration and confusion into shared clarity.
Tuesday March 24th - 11am EST/8am PST with Malik Pridgeon

When he’s not delivering world class training experiences, you can find him belting out Billy Idol at a local karaoke bar or cutting loose on the dance floor.
Malik Pridgeon
Malik’s favorite fun fact about learning is that humans have a shorter attention span than goldfish—so he brings authentic energy and zeal to every session he leads. A native Mississippian, Malik delivers Southern charm and hospitality, making every training experience warm, inviting, and a safe space to learn and grow.
He began his professional career as a Human Resources Specialist with the United States Army Reserve before transitioning full-time into contact center leadership, where he served as a Senior Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist. In this role, Malik has led trainings and system implementations for platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, Verint, Remedy, and Cisco.
