Since joining in 2025, she’s helped launch ServiceNow University–an AI-powered, gamified platform that's redefining how people grow skills for the future of work.

Shelly brings over two decades of experience transforming talent strategies into business results. From scaling global learning ecosystems at SAP and Expedia to leading talent development and acquisition at TransUnion and PayScale, she's built a career around unlocking human potential at scale.

At ServiceNow, she’s not just building programs, she’s building momentum. Whether it’s launching “Academy in a Box” for academic partners, embedding AI into learning journeys, or aligning talent to business outcomes, Shelly’s work is all about impact.

Outside of work, she's a certified leadership coach, a lifelong learner, and a proud Pacific Northwesterner who finds joy in mentoring and the occasional mountain trail.
