Frances Frei is a Professor of Technology and Operations Management at Harvard Business School. Her research focuses on how leaders create conditions for organizations and individuals to thrive by designing for excellence in strategy, operations, and culture. She advises organizations on large-scale change initiatives, including diversity and inclusion to improve performance.
Frances is a global thought leader on leadership and strategy, known for her breakthrough scholarship and high-impact teaching. She developed a popular class at HBS on business models that delight customers and led the design of HBS’s FIELD curriculum.
