Advanced AI Foundations Program
Turn your potential into an exciting new tech career! We are proud to bring you the RiseUp with ServiceNow Advanced AI Foundations program to teach you the essential aspects of ServiceNow’s platform, including ServiceNow fundaments, Application Development, and AI.
This intensive training program is:
- 10-weeks (full-time) or 14 weeks (part-time)
- cohort-based
- instructor-led, live online
- hands-on and project-based
- tuition-free
You will gain:

- industry-recognized certifications (CSA and CAD) - must pass Certified System Administrator (CSA) / Certified Application Developer (CAD) exams to receive certifications

Eligibility Criteria:
- At least 18 years of age
- Not currently employed by a ServiceNow customer or partner
- No prior formal experience with ServiceNow (self-guided training on ServiceNow University is allowed)
- No prior mainline ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM-CIS, etc)
- Have not previously completed a NextGen, RiseUp, or ServiceNow Academic Program, including government-sponsored programs (NASSCOM, AICTE, ICT Academy, TNDC)
- Legally eligible for full-time work in your country of employment (excluding student/temporary residency visas)
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Eager to launch a tech career, demonstrating a growth mindset and strong commitment
- Able to commit for the full duration of the program
- Access to a computer with reliable internet and camera (no mobile phones or tablets)
