If you're an intermediate or advanced learner, you can work toward eligibility to take a ServiceNow certification exam. Eligibility is earned by completing the required learning path for the certification you choose. Requirements differ by certification.
How it works:
- Register for Get Tech Certified using your government-issued email address.
- Complete the required learning path for your chosen certification by 31 January 2027.
- Once we've verified your completion, you'll receive your free exam access. You then have 6 months from the date access is issued to schedule your exam.
