Absolutely not. Most externs start with zero ServiceNow knowledge and that is expected and encouraged. You will learn alongside your peers by completing the Welcome to ServiceNow and ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals courses, and other coursework to help get an introduction into the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Absolutely not. Once you get accepted, you will gain free access to ServiceNow University for 6 months with courses that you can complete outside of your assigned coursework.

After completing the program you will have hands-on ServiceNow experience, a completion badge, and increased exposure to our hiring partner network to explore internships and full time roles. If you want an industry recognized credential, we encourage you to continue working towards your CSA certification after the program!

Absolutely! You will receive a completion badge upon finishing the externship that you can add to your LinkedIn and resume to show employers your ServiceNow experience.

This externship is open to all college students regardless of major. All you need is curiosity and the commitment to complete the program.

Yes this is a fully virtual program. All coursework and live events are conducted online so you can participate from anywhere.
