• Teams shortlisted for the Finale will have to make their own travel arrangements.

Team Criteria

Mandatory Prerequisite Course

All team members must mandatorily complete the AI Agents Delivery Accreditation by Oct 21 to be eligible for next steps of the HackNow.

Technology Criteria

Relevant for Finalists - During the Finale, all solutions must be built on the ServiceNow platform using the following mandatory capabilities. Solutions not meeting both requirements are ineligible for judging.

The following capabilities are not mandatory but are encouraged — and their use is rewarded in scoring:

Evaluation of Idea Submissions

Idea Submissions received from registered teams will be evaluated on below parameters, and shortlist for the Finale will be announced on Oct 23.

Finale Evaluation:

Finale evaluation will happen in 2 stages:

Finale Evaluation Stage 1: Mentor technical evaluation

ServiceNow Solution Consultants, embedded as mentors during the hacking phase, assess each team's build in real-time across Nov 2-3 across below parameters.

Finale Evaluation Stage 2: Exec Judging Panel

Finalists demonstrate their solution to a panel that includes customer executives & ServiceNow leadership. The panel evaluates on impact and communication rather than technical depth.

Top-3 winning teams are chosen by combining scores from Stage 1 & Stage 2 of the Finale.
