Jayney Howson is the Senior Vice President, Global Learning and Development at ServiceNow. She built a successful career in marketing and sales before realizing her passion lies in transforming workplaces into vibrant playgrounds for fun and growth. She and her team are currently building out the ultimate playground for learning, ServiceNow University. Most recently, she was the SVP of Global Sales Enablement at Salesforce spearheading learning transformation around the globe. She's not just a dedicated leader but also a devoted parent to two with her better half, Chris. In her free time, she enjoys a spot of retail therapy, indulges in some questionable TV, and immerses herself in leadership podcasts.
