Mark Anthony Colobong is an Executive Director in Technology Consulting at EY Global Delivery Services (EY GDS) Philippines where he leads enterprise technology transformation initiatives for organizations globally.

He is the ServiceNow Practice Leader for EY GDS Philippines, one of the fastest-growing enterprise platform consulting teams in the country. Under his leadership, the practice has grown from a startup team into one of the largest pure-play ServiceNow implementation practices in the Philippines, delivering digital workflow solutions that help organizations modernize IT operations, employee experience, risk management and business processes.

With more than a decade of experience in enterprise technology consulting, Mark focuses on helping organizations transform operations through AI-enabled workflows, automation and enterprise platforms.
Mark is also passionate about developing the next generation of technology professionals in the Philippines. One of his notable initiatives is the Accelerated Learning Program for ServiceNow (ALPS) under EY GDS Academia, an industry-academe collaboration he spearheaded with ServiceNow and academic institutions. The program equips students with real platform experience, industry certifications and mentorship – preparing them to contribute to enterprise digital transformation even before graduation.

Mark believes the Philippines has strong potential to become a global hub for enterprise technology and digital innovation, powered by talent development, industry collaboration and responsible adoption of emerging technologies such as AI.

Outside of consulting, Mark actively promotes wellness and community building at work, leading sports and fitness initiatives that encourage employees to stay active while fostering teamwork and camaraderie.
