How to Register for a Certification Exam at World Forum Sydney
Please follow the instructions listed below to schedule your certification exam.
Create your ServiceNow University account
If you already have a ServiceNow University account, please move to the next step.
Complete the Exam Attempt form
Select which exam you would like to take at the World Forum Sydney.
Register for your certification slot
Prior to registering, please ensure that you have received a confirmation email from ServiceNow University that your free attempt has been added to your account.
- Navigate to your ServiceNow certification of choice on ServiceNow University. You can find your certification by going to the "Exam Catalog" tab.
- Go through the registration process. You should see a discounted price as a result of being registered for World Forum Sydney.
- To ensure that you are taking your certification exam at World Forum Sydney, please ensure to select "I have a Private Access Code" and enter the following code: WorldForumSydney2026
- Select the language you would like to take your exam in: English or Japanese
- To find the testing center for World Forum Sydney, search for "Sydney". The World Forum Sydney test center will appear.
- Select the date (July 30th) and time when you want to take your exam.

Onsite Certification will be conducted throughout the entire World Forum Sydney event. You can either pre-register for a time slot or come by our certification registration desk at your convenience to register.

Exam Requirements
- Please bring a form of identification to your exam.
- We will be providing laptops for every individual. No tech equipment needed to take your ServiceNow certification exam.
During the Exam
- If a technical issue arises, please raise your hand and a proctor will assist.
- No clarifying questions.
- No bathroom breaks will be allowed once the exam starts.
- Please keep your eyes on your own screen. If we catch you looking at someone else’s screen while taking your exam, we will stop your exam and ask you to leave the testing area.
Post Exam
- Once you finish your exam, please quietly leave the testing area.
Limit the amount of noise when exiting as others around you may still be testing.

You will need to bring an official form of identification with a picture. Driver's licenses, passports, identification cards are valid.

We are limiting it to one per person, however, if we have available space near the end of the World Forum, we may allow for individuals to schedule for more than one exam. Please come see us at our certification registration desk.
