Kelly Paulette is an instructional designer with over 15 years of experience in learning and development. She's spent the past five and a half years supporting Sales Enablement and non-technical training at ServiceNow after over a decade in the service industry at Publix Supermarkets and The Walt Disney Company. She's an expert in the field of asking herself, "why the heck did I say or do the thing I just said or did?," which inspired a master's degree in Applied Learning with a focus on human motivation and performance. Kelly is a former Disney University facilitator and Walt Disney Legacy Award recipient. When she's not designing or facilitating professional development, she can usually be found in her old stomping grounds at the theme parks or listening to BTS.
