ELIGIBILITY: The ServiceNow University Lift Off to Knowledge Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to (i) individuals except those who are legal residents of the Province of Quebec (Canada), Egypt, Argentina, Belgium, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Italy, Mexico, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Philippines, Australia, Finland, Israel, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Uruguay, Colombia, Austria, Denmark, Hungary, Luxembourg, Nigeria, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, and Morocco (“Ineligible Countries”); (ii) individuals who are the age of majority or older in his or her jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry; and (iii) if selected as a Grand Prize winner (as further described herein), are able to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada, USA to attend ServiceNow Knowledge 2026 (K26) scheduled to occur May 5 – May 7, 2026. Employees, temporary workers, interns, officers, and directors of ServiceNow, Inc., its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all other entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes (“Released Parties”), and the immediate family members and members of the same residing in the household of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win. Employees or officials of any government entity are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Individuals who are legal residents of one of the Ineligible Countries are not eligible to participate or win a prize.

What if I miss a phase, can I still complete the course later?
Yes. You may complete a learning activity from a previous phase during a later phase to earn entries toward the grand prize. However, to qualify for a phase-specific bonus prize, the activity must be completed within the designated phase timeframe.
