Carlos brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce transformation. From leading HR business partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia at Nielsen, to spearheading global workforce planning and organizational design at Salesforce, he's built a career around aligning people strategy with business impact — across cultures, time zones, and organizational complexity.

At ServiceNow, he's focused on what comes next: equipping leaders with the mindsets, capabilities, and tools to thrive in an AI-driven world of work. His work draws on a distinctly global lens — shaped by years of living and leading across continents — and a deep belief that great leadership development is both a business imperative and a human one.

Born in the United States and proud of his Puerto Rican roots, Carlos has called many places home — and currently does so from Paris, France. Outside of work, he remains as passionate about people and community off the clock as he is on it.
